Hi there,
As the return to school gets closer, I've had a few educators reach out looking for one-on-one support.
The conversations have reminded me just how many different emotions can come with this time of year.
Maybe you're excited.
Maybe you're nervous.
Maybe you're soaking up every last minute of summer and trying very hard not to think about school yet. 😂
Or maybe there's a little voice asking:
Can I really do another year of this?
That's why I've created Design My Return to School— a live online planning session for educators.
This isn't another presentation about how teachers need to manage stress better.
It's an opportunity to slow down before the year begins and intentionally think about how you want to approach it.
Together, we'll reflect on what last year taught you and create a practical Return-to-School Plan that considers:
You'll leave with a guided workbook and a plan you can come back to throughout the school year.
And late September we will come back together for another hour and revisit your plan.
Come share some time with me to "Design Your Return"
📅 Wednesday, August 26th, 2026 6:00-8:00 pm (Atlantic Time)
💻 Live online
💗 Small-group format
📖 Guided workbook included
✅ 1 hour check-in session in late September for the group
💲 $39.00 (e-transfer or credit card accepted)
You don't need to have the entire school year figured out.
And you don't have to wing the emotional part of returning either.
Going back doesn't mean going back the same way.
If this feels like something you need before September, I'd love to have you join me.

...and share with a friend who may want to join us.
In the meantime...
be gentle on yourself

Teaching is beautiful — and brutally demanding. The emotional load, the pace, the constant giving can pull you under. The 28 Days of Transformation Journal is your way to rise above the chaos.
This guided journey offers simple, soulful daily practices that help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner steadiness. It’s built for teachers who want to feel grounded again — not overwhelmed, not depleted, not lost in the noise.
I created this journal after years of living in survival mode. Small moments of floating — intentional pauses, body awareness, gentle reflection — changed my life. These pages are designed to help change yours.
If you’re ready to reclaim your clarity, calm, and sense of self, these 28 days will guide you back to your center.
Float. Heal. Rise.
Your transformation starts here.

Teaching is sacred work. But somewhere between lesson plans and deadlines, many educators lose touch with the joy that first called them to the classroom.
There was a time when I cried driving to work. I didn't think I could make it one more day! Working in education was draining me and to some degree traumatizing my system. I wanted to find the passion I once had and discover methods that would make my life flow with more ease and joy.
I found the answers I was looking for and I have combined them into a training program for those looking to make the best out of their careers in education.
The Conscious Teacher is a 12-week experience designed to help you return to yourself, integrating the wisdom of Dr. Gabor Maté, Abraham Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, and James Clear. Through reflection, neuroscience, energy alignment, mindfulness, and practical habit-building, you’ll learn to transform stress into growth, exhaustion into empowerment, and chaos into conscious creation.
Each week blends soulful teachings with practical tools, guided meditations, reflection sheets, and access to a supportive online community.
Together, we’ll awaken the teacher within — the one who leads not from depletion, but from deep presence and purpose.

The holidays can fill your soul with love and peace. An let's be honest, it can also be draining ...wrapping gifts, dodging fruitcake, socializing and pretending you love carols on repeat.
By January, you’re running on caffeine and sheer willpower. Not to mention the voice in your head worrying about returning to work...
-What am I going to have to deal with?
-What if I get a bunch of new students?
-What if I can't handle the behaviours?
-What if I don't have time to get my lessons or class ready?
-Is this career even really for me?
Returning to work after a break can be challenging!
It’s time to hit reset and plan for a soft start to 2026.
Join our one-day workshop on January 2nd and trade survival mode for intentional, creative living. Relax, breathe, and learn new ways to enjoy teaching from January to June.
Plus, two bonus follow-up sessions and a community of educators who know that living on purpose beats living on autopilot (and yes, coffee still counts as self-care)

The holiday hustle is real—between gift wrapping, grading, and wondering if you can regift that candle, you’ve barely had time to breathe. Then January hits, and suddenly it’s “New Year, New You”… except you’re still exhausted and your resolutions are hiding under the tree.
This one-day workshop on January 2nd is your chance to pause, reset, and start the year with intention—not default mode. Taking a bubble bath is important for self care, trust me...I take a lot of them ...lol, but alone it won't give you the result you need. Over and over again I hear teachers tell me they need practical things they can do so we are going to dive into practical strategies for resilience, balance, and joy that actually work in the real world of education.
Here’s what’s included:
Start the year with clarity, confidence, and a plan that lasts longer than your leftover holiday cookies. This isn’t just professional development—it’s your permission slip to thrive.

If the cost feels like a barrier, please don’t let it stop you from investing in yourself.
Trust me...I get it! There were times, actually many times, where I had to dig into the couches and the coat pockets to find change for food or my kids lunch money. Even though I was suffering so much I would have let money be the barrier for my change. Maybe I just wasn't ready and maybe I didn't know that there were ways to have professional learning like this paid for.
Plus teachers are experts at putting others first...right? :) but real change happens when you choose you.
If you're in New Brunswick, the NBTA often provides funding to help cover professional learning. Applications can be found at NBTA - New Brunswick Teachers' Association
