Our weekend will be spent soaking up nature’s beauty, wrapped in the calming embrace of the great outdoors. Nestled between a majestic forest and a flowing, soul-stirring river, our home for the weekend is a spacious, light-filled chalet designed for both connection and quiet reflection.
With cozy gathering spaces, room to breathe and stretch, and nature just steps away, it’s the perfect sanctuary to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself and each other. Whether you’re curling up with a journal by the window, sharing laughter around the fireplace, or stepping outside to let the fresh air fill your lungs, every moment here invites peace, presence, and renewal.

All weekend long, you’ll be nourished with delicious, wholesome meals and snacks made with love (and a whole lot of nutrition know-how). Every bite is designed to fuel your body, lift your spirit, and keep you feeling vibrant and energized.
We’ll also gather for some fun, hands-on learning with Terrie, our in-house wellness foodie, who will be sharing her favorite tips and tricks for healthy, mindful eating. Think of it as a little extra magic to take home with you—simple ways to keep feeling your best long after the weekend ends.

Pack your comfiest clothes—the kind you can stretch, lounge, and maybe even dance in! Throughout the weekend, we’ll be moving gently through light yoga, settling into grounding meditations, and diving deep into some beautiful spirit work.
A yoga mat will be your trusty sidekick for it all, so be sure to bring one along. You might also want to tuck in a cozy blanket, your favorite journal, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed and at home.

Terrie is all light, laughter, and seriously good vibes. With over 20 years of experience in education and a Master’s in Curriculum, Exceptionalities, and Inclusion, Terrie knows how to create spaces where people feel seen, safe, and celebrated.
She’s a certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, a trained facilitator of the empowering “Girl on Fire” program, and holds a Culinary Certification from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (yes, she can teach you to breathe and make a mean bliss bowl!).
Terrie is wildly passionate about all things that spark wellness and joy. At The Bliss Project 2025, she’s excited to share her favorite soul-soothing practices to help you reconnect with self-love, build your personal toolbox of well-being rituals, and maybe even dance it out a little. Get ready to shine with her by your side!
Rachel is all raw authenticity and next-level motivation. With 27 years of experience in education and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, Rachel brings deep wisdom, warmth, and a no-fluff approach to transformation.
She’s the founder of Waycare Academy, where she weaves together counselling therapy, consciousness healing, mindfulness, meditation, and the Law of Vibration to help others awaken to their truth. Her signature system, The Lotus Way, invites you to embrace the full spectrum of your emotions—meeting each one with compassion, curiosity, and grace. Like the lotus rising from the mud, Rachel teaches that our deepest healing and growth often come from the messiest places.
